KHUZDAR: Two people were killed and two others sustained serious injuries on Monday when a car overturned after hitting a camel on the main coastal highway near the Lyari area of Lasbela district.
The car met with the accident while it was on its way to a picnic point in Kund-Malir.
Officials of the local administration shifted the bodies and the injured to a nearby hospital from where the injured were referred to Karachi.
The dead and the injured all belong to the same family, the official said.
Separately, a woman was killed and two men and a woman were injured by lightning which struck the huts of gypsies in the Pincha area of Kalat district late on Sunday night.
Levies officials said the ill-fated family was planning to move to some other area but stayed back due to rain.
