MY father, Muhammad Zahoor Khan, died in ward 23, Jinnah Hospital, Karachi on Oct 23, 2017. I submitted an application for a death certificate at the Saddar Cantonment Board, Karachi, on Nov 11. The Saddar Cantonment Board forwarded the documents for verification at Jinnah Hospital vide KCB/BOD/199/3076 dated Nov 14.
I have visited the Saddar Cantonment Board and Jinnah Hospital multiple times but have failed to get a death certificate. A Jinnah Hospital representative informed me that the doctor who verifies the documents is on leave.
Can anyone help me get the death certificate for my father?
