KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on Thursday undertook a detailed visit of the National Cricket Stadium to inspect the renovation work and arrangements prior to the high-profile Pakistan Super League (PSL) final, which is set to be played here on March 25.
The CM was welcomed at the NSK by Salahauddin Ahmed Sallu, former Test cricketer and adviser to PCB chairman for Southern Region, as well as NSK manager Arshad Khan.
The CM went around the stadium and expressed satisfaction at the renovation work and the arrangements which are in their final stages for the day-night final.
It may be mentioned here that the PSL final is the biggest cricket extravaganza being staged in Karachi since the 2008 Asia Cup and the enthusiasts and fans are eagerly awaiting the match, the tickets for which went on sale on Thursday and were quickly lapped up by the Karachiites.
