KARACHI: Dawood Sports became group winners of the Federal Sports Trophy Cricket League after sealing a comprehensive 109-run victory against Young Coopera­tors CC by 109 runs at the TMC Ground on Monday.

Batting first in their last Group ‘A’ fixture, Dawood Sports posted 213 all out in 40 overs with Naveed Khan hitting up 70 that included six boundaries and one six.

Young Cooperators CC, in reply, were dismissed for just 104 in 29 overs.
