GUJRAT: Facebook has set up a ‘developer circle’ at Hafiz Hafiz Hayat Campus of the University of Gujrat (UoG).

The developer circle, the fifth in Pakistan, was formally inaugurated by Alicia Tan, the project head in Asia, at a ceremony organised by the Prime Minister’s e-Rozgar Centre at the UoG.

The establishment of the developer circle is aimed at providing the students an online platform to help them discover and sharpen their potential self-business and entrepreneurial skills. It will also help them strengthen relations with world online community to promote their startups.

Alicia Tan said the developer circle would provide the young students with an opportunity to unveil their innovative ideas and products.
