KARACHI: The $20,000 11th DG Rangers Sindh National Open Squash Championship featuring country’s leading players begins here at the Sindh Rangers Jahangir Khan Squash complex courts on Tuesday.

The qualifying rounds for men and women were held at the venue on Monday. The eight winners apiece have qualified for the main rounds.

Top seed Farhan Mehboob and Samar Anjum are the defending champions in men’s and women’s event, respectively.

The formal opening of the annual event will be held on Tuesday at 3:00pm. Squash legend Jahangir Khan will inaugurate the event.
