No schools for disabled

I am a resident of Turbat city where, apart from many other problems, there is no school for disabled children.

On the other hand, local schools also don’t give admission to such children. So the question is, where will these kids go if regular schools won’t give them admission? Most of the city’s population is poor, who can’t even afford to eat food three times a day, how can they bear the expense of going to another city to study?

Unfortunately, the government has closed its eyes to all the problems prevailing in the city.

As we have no other means to raise our voice against all this injustice, we request the Balochistan government to build at least one school for the disabled in Turbat so that they also become educated and productive members of society.

Be positive

In life, we deal with all kinds of circumstances, we face people who judge and criticise us and people who love and respect us. As we grow, we come face to face with the complicated side of life but the only thing that matters is to deal with life by being positive — every time. No matter what we are dealing with, we should remain positive and face all problems bravely. Even if we fail at any point, we should not stop there, instead we should keep moving towards our goals.

Purify our country

Where are we living? Where is our love for this country? We don’t even realise that cleanliness is part of our faith.

What we see in Pakistan is dirt and pollution. It is very disappointing to see how we disrespect our country.

We have made our country polluted with garbage and dirt. We have polluted the air through harmful smoke. We need to clean our environment or else humans, plants and animals will die slowly.

Wonder crafts

This is with reference to the Wonder crafts “Wall art” by Asif Ali

(YW, November 25). The writer provided a unique idea of reusing toy cars as a wall decor.

I had so many toy cars so I also made a similar craft and the result is amazing. I like crafts in YW and eagerly wait to see and try myself at home.
