KARACHI: BDS exam results announced

KARACHI, Aug 27: The University of Karachi, on Wednesday, declared the results of BDS (Final Prof) annual examination 2003, with a pass percentage of 79.13.

According to the KU notification, a total of 115 candidates, belonging to three dental colleges, appeared in the exams, out of which 91 were declared pass. The top three positions were secured by students of Fatima Jinnah Dental College (FJDC) and Karachi Medical and Dental College (KMDC).

Ms Ashi Hafeez (seat no 4074) of FJDC secured the first position, Ms Robia Ghafoor (seat no 4021) KMDC got second position while Bina Baig (seat no 4077) and Trisalda Cardella Fernandez (seat no 4092) of FJDC shared third position.

LLM THESIS: The University of Karachi has extended the last date for submission of thesis by the students of LLM final year upto Sept 15.

Meanwhile, the vice-chancellor of Karachi University has convened a meeting of the principals of all affiliated degree colleges on Aug 28 at 2pm at the campus. The schedule and other related affairs of graduate level annual exams will be discussed in the meeting. Representatives of colleges in the university’s academic council would also attend the meeting.
