LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf leader Ejaz Chaudhry says the Sharif family looted national wealth and triggered loss in every state institution.

“The corruption by the Sharif family and Zaradri has rendered every person including newborns under debt of Rs125,000,” he regretted.

Speaking at party’s workers convention for membership campaign at Township, which falls in NA-127 constituency, late on Sunday, Mr Chaudhry said the PTI led by Imran Khan had brought about a positive change in the lives of people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

When Imran Khan will become prime minister, he said, no youth in the country would be left jobless. Supporting his claim with an example, he said, Imran Khan introduced one-billion tree tsunami campaign in KP that involved hundreds and thousands of youths offering them livelihood.

About the party ticket for NA-127, Mr Chaudhry said Mr Khan’s decision would be final and accepted by the party. He stressed that the party workers should go door-to-door and register voters as party members.

PTI central Punjab president Abdul Aleem Khan said the government’s failed policy had compelled women to deliver children on roads. He said chief minister Shahbaz Sharif did not let Mian Mir Hospital to become operational just because it was not inaugurated by him. He said the chief minister could not establish a single hospital in Lahore.
