DISMISSED: A division bench of the Sindh High Court, Hyderabad circuit, dismissed a constitutional petition, filed by one Abdul Jabbar Mahar, praying the court to direct the additional registrar to provide him a copy of an FIR from the high court.

The court said that the petition was frivolous and the petitioner could obtain the copy of the FIR from the court’s office.

The petitioner had cited Ghulam Hussain, SSP, Hyderabad, Qamar Shirani, Abdul Majeed, and the Third Extra Joint Civil Judge as respondents. He was facing trial before the Third Extra Joint Civil Judge.

He claimed that the proposed FIR, presented in a constitutional petition, has been changed with the new FIR recorded against him.
