LAHORE, Aug 14: The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) on Monday further trimmed the number of junior probables from 116 to 58 after the conclusion of three-day trials at the Johar Stadium.

In the first phase, the PHF conducted countrywide trials for the youngster in which 575 players appeared.

In the second phase, it had reduced the list to 116 and now in the third and final phase it has been curtailed to 58.

The selected players will again start training camp from Tuesday at the same venue.

The probables are:

Goalkeepers: Aun Ali, Abdul Rehman, Khurshid Ahmed, Rao Adil, Wasim Khan.

Full-backs: Mohammad Sameen, Asim Iqbal, Faizan Sami, Usman Tariq, Waqas Nisar, Sher Mohammad.

Halves: Mohib Khan, Danish, Abrar Khan, Azan Ali, Hamza, Ibrahim, Qazir, Sohail Shiraz, Farhan Younis, Rehan Butt, Babar Sadat, Asad Iqbal, Umar Bilal.

Forwards: Abdullah, Awais Amin, Shoaib Shabbir, Roman Khan, Mohammad Ilyas, Shah Fahad, Abdul Bukhari, Mohib Kazi, Mohsin, Abdul Wahab, Mohammad Saqlain, Ali Hamza, Abid Ali, Mairaj Ali, Hasan, Haris Ahmed, Mohsin Hasan, Abdul Rehman, Hammad, Shiraz, Faizan Alvi, Noman Ali Khan, Siraj Hussain, Awais Ahmed, Rana Waheed-ul-Hasan, Mohammad Abbas, Saad Ahmed, Abdul Moiz, Hizar Hayat, Aimal, Zain-ul-Abedin, Mohammad Faisal, Jawwad, Mohammad Usman.
