HYDERABAD, Aug 13: Sindh High Court, Hyderabad circuit bench, here on Wednesday directed Badin Hesco SDO concerned to appear in the court in response to a constitutional petition regarding a dispute over installation of a petrol pump.

The counsel of petitioner Abdul Jabbar Nizamani told the court that though the court had ordered status quo in the matter, the Hesco SDO was demanding clearance certificate for the petrol pump which had recently been installed in Deh Tando Ghulam Ali, Matli taluka.

PPP MPA Mir Mohammad Hussain Talpur also filed an application seeking permission to become an intervener in the matter, saying that he owned the land on which the petrol pump was being installed.
