KARACHI: Pakistan’s Mohammad Huzaifa Ibrahim clinched the U-13 title at the Japan Junior Open International Squash Championship, beating Yujin Ikeda of Japan 3-1 in the final in Yokohama.

According to information made available here, Huzaifa dropped the first set by 14-16 score to Yujin but made strong comeback in the match and won the next three sets to record a 14-16, 11-8, 11-8, 11-9 victory in the summit clash to claim his tenth international title so far.

It is expected that Huzaifa would become top Asian player in U-13 age category next month.
