LAHORE, Aug 5: The All Parties’ Minorities Alliance demonstrated outside the Lahore Press Club on Tuesday to protest against what they called police’s lethargy in arresting the killers of Fr George Ibrahim.

Demanding arrest of Fr Ibrahim’s murderers, they also sought a ban on religious outfits indulging in terrorism.

Later, a delegation of the alliance called on Deputy Speaker Shaukat Mazari at his chambers and handed him a memorandum depicting their demands.

Mr Mazari assured the team that he would pass on their demands to the chief minister.
