THE Pakistan Testing Service (PTS) is one of the many testing services which conduct tests for recruitment in federal and provincial government departments.
Last month, I applied for a post in National Counter Terrorism Authority through PTS. A few days later after the closing date, two lists of eligible and ineligible candidates were posted on PTS website in which I was declared eligible.
Those who were declared ineligible were asked to contact it through call or email for queries.
Later, another list of all eligible candidates was issued by the testing service. To my surprise, my name was missing from the list.
I contacted it on the given number but no one bothered to attend the call. I sent an email to the testing service to which I got a reply: “You have been rejected on the basis of lack of experience.”
I again sent them an email informing them that I had the required experience as mentioned in the advertisement and also attached experience certificates. I never received a reply.
I urge the authorities concerned to take action against the PTS for its irresponsible behaviour.
