GUJRANWALA: Chief of Army Staff Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa on Friday visited the Gujranwala Garrison, where he was given briefing on operational preparedness of the Gujranwala corps, progress on operation Raddul Fasaad and census, says a press release issued by the ISPR.

The COAS also addressed officers of the Gujranwala Garrison and visited Pasrur Cantt.

While interacting with officers and men, the COAS appreciated the state of readiness and high state of morale of troops. “Our fight against terrorism is continuing and with the support of our great nation we shall cleanse our country of fasaadis of all hue,” he reaffirmed.
