Political workers from India's right-wing Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) party barged into an outlet of Zara, a popular Spanish clothing brand, in a Mumbai mall and demanded the showroom be shut down as it sold clothes made in Pakistan, the Hindustan Times reported.
The workers were led by MNS Vice President Rita Gupta, said they wanted the store selling Pakistani products to be shut as a protest against Pakistan for sentencing the Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav to death for involvement in espionage and sabotage activities in Karachi and Balochistan.

Expressing displeasure, Gupta claimed Jadhav had been "unjustly prosecuted... and here we have shops dedicating sections to selling Pakistani clothes. This is simply not acceptable."
The article further reported Gupta as saying that her party will resort to "its style if the clothes were not discarded".

Jadhav, who hails from Mumbai, was arrested on March 3, 2016, in a counter-intelligence operation in Balochistan's Mashkel area for his involvement in espionage and sabotage activities against Pakistan.
The charges he faced included spying for India, working against Pakistan’s integrity, sponsoring terrorism in the country and attempting to destabilise the state.
The Hindustan Times further reported that the MNS has been "aggressive" in the last few days, "putting up hoardings across the city, pleading for action against Pakistan on the Jadhav issue".
The management of the showroom had not commented on the incident at the time the report was filed, the paper further said.

Jadhavs death sentence has made relations real low but so selling made in Pakistan clothes is not going well with public. We buy made in China, Vietnam, Bangladesh...clothes. No spy has been awarded death sentance in history...even between USA and Russia during cold war days.

Low cost made in Pakistan hand made leather goods including shoes and jackets are readily available in india. Royal Enfield, Zara etc have started to stop ordering goods for now from Pakistan till Jadhav case is solved

How do they differentiate between clothes made in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam. Lots of countries supply clothes to these brand names. Infact latest statistics tell that India is the 2nd largest textiles exporter after China. So its totally possible that most of those clothes were made by Indians themselves.

In July-December of the current fiscal year, Pakistan exported textile products worth $1.365 billion while Bangladesh fetched $8.041bn during the same period. Pakistan’s exports were just 17 per cent of the exports by Bangladesh.

India is second textile exporter after China. We have absolute authority to promote local clothes in our market. As long as Pakistan is considered, they tried banning our movies, but they soon realised that they can't afford it.
As a matter of fact to my Pakistani brothers, Indian city of Pune has more cinema halls than Pakistan. So it is insignificant for us whether u watch or not our movies.
Talking about trade relationship, Pakistan is yet to give MFN to India. It blocks Indian trade to Afghanistan. So overall you doing what you can do..
