According to a local Malaysian news source, a Pakistani tourist, Muhammad Hash Ghous, was handed a 3,000 Malaysian ringgit fine today by a Magistrate's court (equivalent to roughly Rs 70,000), after he pleaded guilty to having molested a woman last week.
The 46-year-old tourist was handed down the sentence by Magistrate Zuhair Rasool for having "clutched the shoulders of a 28-year-old woman with intent to outrage her modesty."
Ghous, who is a father of nine, committed the act in front of an elevator in Menara Kuala Lampur at 9:45pm on March 27.
This is not the first time a Pakistani man has been found guilty of molestation in a foreign country.
Earlier in 2015, it was reported that a 35-year-old Pakistani man had been jailed for molesting a Malaysian tourist in Dubai.

Muhammad Hash Ghous, the culprit should have been jailed also. Fine was very light sentence. On his return the passport also be confiscated.

when we travel abroad we in a maner represent Pakistan as nation and society and can be considered as Ambassador. Any person defaming Pakistan on internationl stange due to his/her behavior should be procecuted when he/she returns back under defamation law or new laws should be created.. ie. UAE has such laws exsiting.. not something new. ah sorry our legistative body is busy in something else..
