CHITRAL: Three people died when a jeep skidded off Chitral-Booni road near Barenis here on Thursday and fell thousands of feet down at river bank.
Those victims were identified as Miraj Din and Ziauddin of Mroi village and Mustafa Khan of Barenis. The jeep was going to Barenis from Chitral.
Meanwhile, havaldar Abdullah of Pakistan Army, who lost his life in a suicide attack in Lahore, was laid to rest in his native Madashil village in Karimabad valley here on Thursday.
A smart contingent of Chitral Scouts saluted his body before burial.
