PESHAWAR, May 25: Six people were killed over minor disputes in two separate incidents in outskirts of the provincial metropolis, police sources said on Sunday.

Mohammad Imran, son of Khan Jalal, a resident of village Hindkiyan, told the Badhber police station that Islam and his two sons Arif Ullah and Inayat Ullah came to his house on Sunday morning and allegedly killed his son Tehseen Ullah and brother Hadi.

Imran said that some time back, his brother Hadi had borrowed Rs3,000 from the alleged killers, who were demanding return of the money.

The accused escaped after the crime.On Saturday evening, an Afghan refugee killed four persons of a family over a minor dispute at Gharangi area of Mathra.

Sources said that the children of Afghan refugee Dad Mohammad scuffled with the sons of Abdul Jabbar over filling the pitchers from a water tank in the area.

Later on, Abdul Jabbar pulled out his Kalashnikov and opened indiscriminate fire on Abdul Jabbar and his three young sons, Darwesh, Jehandad and Ikhtiyar and killed them on the spot. The accused fled from the scene.
