RECENTLY I visited Allama Iqbal Open University for obtaining information. I was guided to block 4, room No. 206. There was only one member of the staff sitting in the left corner of the room. While providing information, he was shouting. I requested him to talk in a low key. Instead of feeling guilty, he started screaming at me. I left the section to avoid a scuffle.
I request the authorities concerned to direct their staff to behave.
