MANSEHRA, Dec 19: The anti-corruption establishment has registered a case against a former MPA from the tribal belt of Kala Dhaka, his son, a student from Batgram and his father for making a fake domicile certificate for getting admission in the medical college against the reserved seats for the tribal areas.

The anti-corruption establishment sources informed Dawn on Friday that Afsar Khan, a former MPA from Kala Dhaka, and his son Zafarullah Khan attested a domicile application form of an FSc student Khiyal Mohammad, son of Zaman, who actually belonged to Surkhaily area of the Batgram district.

According to sources, both Afsar Khan and his son verified the domicile certificate to the effect that Khiyal Mohammad was a bonafide resident of the tribal belt of Kala Dhaka. On complaint, the anti-corruption establishment started investigation and found that the domicile certificate was fake.
