HYDERBAAD: A man mysteriously entered into the chamber of Justice Salahuddin Panhwar at the Sindh High Court building on Wednesday afternoon causing an alarm until late in the evening.

The man, later identified as Jehanzeb Zaman, was found present in the room when Justice Panhwar, along with Justice Mohammad Iqbal Mahar, retired to his chamber after hearing cases till 2pm.

Justice Panhwar called the office orderly, who called out police to detain the man.

It was learnt that the man had entered the chamber from its rear side which is exclusively used by judges. Amid a rush of litigants and lawyers, who had approached reader Mohammad Ayub Jatoi to known about status of their respective cases, after court rose for the day, the man walked towards the balcony to reach the chamber without being noticed by anyone, including the policemen present at the ground and first floors. Additional Registrar Nasrullah Korai, when contacted late in the evening, said that the man was let off under a court directive. He quoted the man that his father was an accused in a murder case and was there to attend the hearing of his father’s appeal, filed through Advocate Ejaz Sheikh. The registrar said that Mr Zaman had mistakenly entered the chamber.
