KARACHI: Police on Monday launched an investigation into the death of businessman Javed Khanani, who fell to his death from the eighth floor of an under-construction building in Mohammad Ali Society on Sunday, though his family did not want any legal proceedings about the cause of death.
Javed Khanani, director of Khanani and Kalia money exchanger, was buried in a local graveyard.”The family has told the police in writing that they do not want any legal proceedings about the cause of death,” said Gulshan SP Dr Fahad Ahmed.
