PESHAWAR, Jan 1: Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Q) President Salim Saifullah Khan has welcomed the election commission decision to prepare new electoral rolls throughout the country from Jan 1.

He called upon his party workers to pursue the campaign to ensure that the maximum number of new voters were registered, said a press release, issued here on Tuesday.

He said correct and up-to-date electoral rolls were an essential component of election process. He urged the party workers to get their national identity cards as soon as possible.
