Villagers nab gang leader

SADIQABAD, Dec 6: Villagers caught the ring leader of the Bosan gang after an armed encounter in the Indus belt near Janpur on Friday night.

The villagers caught ring leader Hazoor Bux Chandia of Kundani police station area while his accomplices managed to escape. In a fit of rage, the villagers fractured the limbs of the dacoit.

On receiving information, the Shidani police reached there and arrested the dacoit and also recovered a Kalashnikov, a pistol and several cartridges from his possession. The injured dacoit was admitted to hospital.
