Pakistan team to leave for NZ on 11th

LAHORE, Dec 2: Pakistan team will depart from Karachi for New Zealand on Dec 11 to play two Tests and five One-day Internationals. The  tour, which concludes on Jan 20, begins with a three-day match against Auckland at Eden Park, Auckland from Dec 14 to 16. The  first  Test  is  scheduled for Westpac Park, Hamilton from Dec 19 and the second at Basin Reserve, Wellington from Dec 26.

The one-day series kick off with the opener at Auckland on Jan 3. The second match will be played at Queenstown on Jan 7, the third at Jade Stadium, Christchurch on Jan 10, the fourth at McLean Park, Napier Jan  14 and the fifth and final tie at Westpac Park, Hamilton under floodlights on Jan 17.

Earlier, Pakistan were scheduled to tour from Dec 5, but the plans were changed to accommodate the ongoing ODI series against New Zealand.

Dec 14-16: v Auckland (Auckland).

Dec 19-23: First Test (Hamilton).

Dec 26-30: Second Test (Wellington).

Jan 1: v Wellington (Wellington).

Jan 3: First ODI (Auckland).

Jan 7: Second ODI (Queenstown).

Jan 10: Third ODI (Christchurch).

Jan 14: Fourth ODI (Napier).

Jan 17: Fifth ODI (Hamilton, D/N).
