PAF wins trophy at Royal International Air Tattoo Show held in UK

ISLAMABAD: A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) C-130 Hercules transport aircraft has won the Concours D’ Elegance trophy at the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) Show 2016 at Royal Air Force Base Fair Ford in the United Kingdom.
More than 200 aircraft from 50 countries participated in the competition, with the Pakistani contingent stealing the show and winning the trophy.
The PAF C-130 was decked out in livery honouring the achievements and sacrifices rendered by the armed forces of Pakistan during Operation Zarb-i-Azb.
Vice Chief of the Air Staff Air Marshal Asad Lodhi also visited on the final day and congratulated the winning contingent.
Visitors attending the displayed aircraft were also briefed about the role played by the PAF in the success of Zarb-e-Azb.
The RIAT show, one of UK's premier events and one of the largest military air show, was held from July 8-10 at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire.
Last year, a team of Pakistan Army won the gold medal in the premier patrolling event of the British Army - Exercise Cambrian Patrol - beating around 140 teams from armies across the globe.

I guess Most of the people didn't understand what this show was about. It was Best Sticker/Paint Job Competition. The credit should go to the painting artist. It has nothing to do with the salvation or defense of Pakistan.I guess we are emotional fools.
