ISLAMABAD: A new veterinary hospital will be established in federal capital during the next fiscal year to provide modern veterinary healthcare facilities.

This was stated by Director, Agriculture Islamabad Lubna Said while inaugurating a modern Civil Veterinary Centre here in Shah Allah Ditta.

She said this centre would provide modern veterinary healthcare facilities in the area which would also cater to the needs of veterinary and livestock treatment.

She appreciated the contribution of area notables especially Ali Aqdas for promoting livestock and dairy development.

She directed the Livestock Department to introduce new schemes for development of livestock, dairy products and also prepare kitchen garden schemes.
