Irfan on goal rampage

LAHORE, Nov 12: Five goals by Irfan Ali Hyder including a hat trick and two goals by Jawad Malik helped Lahore Cables crush Agri Mall Orange 7-4 in the opening match of Haji Mian Shafi memorial polo tournament at LPC Ground on Wednesday.

For Agri Mall, Raja Amir, Samee Ibrahim, Abid Nawaz and Faiz Rahim scored the goals.

Four goals by Aasma Hayee and two goals each by Mohsin  Atta Khosa and Ahmad Nawaz Tiwana steered  Millat  Tractors  to  an impressive 8-2 1/2 win over Sherwood.

Playing with a half goal on handicap, Sherwood scored  their solitary  goal through Shehzad Aziz.

Three goals each by Jamal Iftikhar and Saqib Khakwani helped Bad Boys to beat ABC 9-4 1/2.
