QUETTA, Nov 10: The Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam’s provincial executive committee has finalized the names of its six members to be inducted in the Balochistan cabinet.

The chief minister will present the list to the provincial governor on Tuesday.

Talking to this correspondent, JUI-F information secretary Dilawar Khan Kakar said the party’s executive committee met here Monday in the MPA hostel with provincial Naib Amir Maulvi Faizullah in the chair.

The meeting discussed the question of cabinet expansion as well as other issues.

He said the list of six names approved by the meeting was handed over to senior minister Maulana Abdul Wasay. He was due to deliver it to Chief Minister Jam Yousuf on Monday.

Dilawar Khan said that on Sunday night Maulana Wasay and Jam Yousuf had agreed to submit the list of new ministers for approval to Governor Owais Ahmed Ghani on Tuesday.

The governor would then fix the date to administer oath to the new ministers.
