PTV live telecast

Published January 31, 2016

I WAS astonished to see that PTV preferred the live telecast of an Under-19 World Cup match between India and Ireland instead of the one between Pakistan and Afghanistan that was being played at the same time on Jan 28 in Bangladesh.

PTV being a national organisation is supposed to show cricket matches involving Pakistan rather than any other country.

I hope the information ministry takes notice of this lapse on the part of PTV and shares the reasons it did so with the people of Pakistan.
