GUJRANWALA, Oct 9: The local Anti-Terrorism Court No 1 has directed to forfeit properties of two fugitives — former jail deputy superintendent and former SHO Zulfiqar Ali Virk — involved in the Sialkot jail incident.

Judge Syed Iftikhar Husain Shah on Thursday also directed the district coordination officer to implement court orders.

The judge asked investigation agencies and its staff to help the Sialkot district attorney during the scrutiny of the chargesheet framed by Kasur DPO Ghulam Muhammad Kalyar.

The Kasur DPO had already completed the investigation and submitted the report to the Sialkot district attorney.

The judge issued the non-bailable arrest warrants against the fugitive officials when they did not appear before court.

BAN: The district Nazim on Thursday imposed a ban on pillion riding in the Gujranwala district.

He also put a ban on demonstrations and processions as well.
