LAHORE: The Xining International Carpet Exhibition has provided Pakistani exhibitors an excellent opportunity to showcase their unique handmade carpets and enhance their competitiveness to tap the future China markets.

Punjab Industries Minister Ch Mohammad Shafique, who led the delegation of Pakistan Carpets Manufacturers and Exporters Association, said the successful participation in the exhibition, which held between June 25-29, 2015 in Qinghai, would provide an opportunity to the local industry to explore opportunities of joint ventures with foreign counterparts for encouraging economic activities between the two nations.
