KARACHI: Eight teams picked from amongst the camp trainees feature in an under-16 hockey tournament which begins at Olympian Iftikhar Syed Sports Academy (OISSA) on Tuesday, says an announcement.
The teams have been named after legendary hockey players.
They have been divided into two groups:
A: Munawwar-uz-Zaman XI, Muneer Dar XI, Anwar Ahmed Khan XI, Habib-ur-Rehman XI.
B: Tanveer Dar XI, Habib Ali Kiddi XI, Brig M. H. Atif XI, Chaudhry Ghulam Rasool XI.
