HYDERABAD, Oct 1: The Pakistan Senior Citizens Association staged a walk here on Wednesday to mark the international day of senior citizens.
Speaking on the occasion outside the local press club, noted intellectual Ibrahim Joyo, PSCA president Noor Mohammad Memon and others called for giving due respect to the old people.
At the same time, they also urged their colleagues to be courteous and polite to the younger generation.
They said that senior citizens should be provided a healthy environment by other members of the society.
They also called upon the government to announce a special package for them and to bear their medical expenses.— Correspondent
