LAKKI MARWAT: Three people, including two brothers, died in road and firing incidents on Monday.

The local police said two brothers Sadiq Hussain and Hidayatullah, residents of Asmatabad Ghaznikhel, were run over and killed by a speeding oil tanker on Bannu-DI Khan Road near Umar Adda when they were going to Shahbazkhel on a motorcycle.

They said the two died on the spot. The police said the motorcycle was destroyed in the accident. After the accident, local resident showed up and shifted bodies to a local hospital.

Also in the day, Hizbullah was gunned down by Osman in Shahbazkhel village over enmity. The alleged killer fled after the incident.

The police registered a case against the alleged killer and began investigation.

However, he was not arrested by night.
