LAHORE: Three goals by Saifullah Noon and a 2 ½-goal handicap enabled Noon’s to a 6½-3 win against Lotto Carpets Singapore on the first day of the April Cup Polo here on Tuesday.

Three two-chukker matches were also played on Tuesday with two goals each by Abdullah Malik, Dabbo Khan Niazi and Shah Changez Alam helping Junior beat Technimen 6 ½-1.

Ahsan Javed Sher scored a hat-trick as Master Paints also defeated Technimen, who had a one-goal handicap, 4-1 while they also overcame Junior, also with a one-goal handicap, 2-1 courtesy Usman Haye’s brace.
