This is not the first time all deaths in accidents in Pakistan are fault of drivers. I recently witnessed my driving killed two men on road cuz he was driving fast and after the accident he ran away from scene leaving me there by myself. Ofcourse he was caught but I had to pay large amount of money to the dead men families. The drivers in Pakistan are worst than Pakistani roads.

Uff Uff jungles laws.. For God's sake Where is transport ministery! Why aren't people being punished? Did the road have sign of speed limit? Learn something and don't let it repeat! Can't imagine the pain families are going through right now. Should protest of things like that! Common sense. These children's are valuable assets of this nation /this world. Love them Don't kill /murder /rape them.. Really sad.

My heart goes out to the parents of deceased children. Here I would like to share my concerns based on my observations how van drivers are causing a great threat to the lives of innocent children in Karachi as well as other parts of the country. My observations are as follows: 1. Most of the van drivers overload their vans with maximum number of school kids to make more and more money. 2. A great majority of them are rash drivers. They drive carelessly, in wrong direction, without considering the safety of children. 3. They are using unsafe gas cylinders. These gas cylinders are like mobile bombs thus they are the biggest threat for the students lives. There have been such accidents where bus caught fire and burned children alive. Besides above points, there is an important issue regarding monitoring of these vans. This is related to the monitoring of vans and the license of their drivers. In fact, government has set no minimum standards for a private school transport owners to follow. There should be proper guideline about the kind of vehicles, their safety aspects, driving license requirements, vehicle safety inspection for school vans. I know my suggestions will fall on deaf ears, and no one from relevant government department will listen to and will remain asleep as usual but my job is to highlight a very serious issue that requires immediate attention by the government authorities. There is a total apathy on the part of government in ensuring the safety of lives of innocent children of this country.
