KARACHI, Sept 24: Pakistan Institute of Banking Studies says the government should set up The Bank of Balochistan to provide focussed banking facilities in the less-developed province of Balochistan.

Head of the institute and prominent banking lawyer Mr. Saalim Salam Ansari proposed this while speaking at a seminar here on Thursday, according to a press release. “The establishment of The Bank of Balochistan has become indispensable in view of the setting of Gwadar Port,” he told the seminar.
