THIS is apropos Gen Pervez Musharraf’s remarks about former army chief Ashfaq Kayani (Jan 28) for his failure in handling the internal security challenges.

I fully support his views. It is true that the former army chief demonstrated indecisiveness in dealing with the menace of terrorism and preferred status quo.

He was more interested in himself and got an unprecedented full term extension from Asif Zardari as he was in the good books of a corrupt regime.
