SAHIWAL: Five dacoits took away Rs2.5 million from a private bank in Kasowal on Friday morning.
Reports said five armed men came in a car to the bank, overpowered the security guard and made hostage bank staff and two customers at gunpoint.
They looted Rs2.5 million in cash from the bank and managed to escape. They also took away the CCTV camera.
Police have registered a case and are investigating.
