Industrialist says 43 units closed

DADU, Sept 14: At least 43 industrial units in the city had been closed down due to insecurity, said Dadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry chief Ghulam Shah Malkani here on Saturday.

Speaking at a meeting at the Panchayat Hall, Mr Malkani said the government was not providing security to the industrialists hence only three industrialists units were operating in Dadu.

Speaking on the occasion, assistant director, Export Promotion Bureau, Abdul Salam Abbasi, advised local businessmen and industrialists to get licences from the EPB for export and import.

Local traders and industrialists attended the meeting.
