DADU: Man shot dead by relatives

DADU, Sept 11: A man was shot dead by his five relatives over a matrimonial dispute outside the shrine of Saeedi Musani in the Mehar taluka on Thursday.

The man killed was identified as Sadaruddin, son of Soomar Bhand.

On the complaint of Azizullah Bhand, the brother of the deceased, the Thariri Mohabbat police registered a case against the five accused, including Javed, Nazeer Ahmad, Gaji Khan and Ali Sher.

ARRESTED: The Chhachhar police arrested an outlaw, Yar Mohammad Palari, in the Chhachhar town on Thursday and registered an FIR against him.

The police also recovered one pistol and five bullets from his possession.

Meanwhile, the Manjhand police arrested Wahid Bux Chandio in Manjhand on Thursday.

INJURED: A woman, Zenab, received bullet injuries when she offered resistance to two men who barged into the house of Sikandar Solangi in the Akk Solangi village, Johi taluka, on Thursday and looted gold ornaments and other valuables after holding the family members hostage at gunpoint.
