Pakistani model Ayyan has recently released her new single, 'Making Dollars ft. Timo'.

Though Ayyan's first single, 'You and I', was panned by the critics, she didn't let that discourage her. The Angelina Jolie doppelganger has branched out into the music industry to validate she's more than just a pretty face.

'Making Dollars ft. Timo' is second after 'You and I' and, according to Ayyan's official Facebook page, has already managed to get over 200000 views on YouTube and over 2400 shares on Facebook.

Love it or hate it, it's definitely getting attention.

Right off the bat, you wouldn't really be able to guess this hip hop number is a Pakistani music video. It's shot completely in black and white and would strike as a combination of a handful of other videos, such as Beyonce's 'Single Ladies' and Dev's 'Dancing in the Dark'. It's merely evident that Ayyan derived some inspiration from Western artists.

The music is catchy and will have you bobbing your head to it, whether you like it or not. The lyrics are generic but it's not a critical flaw.

Timo, a DJ and rapper from Greece, also does his part well, adding in that hip hop element.

Ayyan's singing sounds awfully auto-tuned, but that's not really a bad thing. She doesn't have Noor Jehan's vocal range, but that doesn't mean she hasn't made a commendable effort. It must also be noted that she sings completely in English and surprisingly, her accent doesn't sound horribly forced.

The video gets a little odd in places with skinny shirtless men wearing burglar masks as the backup dancers.

Though the moves are repetitive, Ayyan dances better than most and is showcased as quite the femme fatale. Her outfit choices are a little questionable; they're very Lady Gaga-esque, but she manages to pull them off.

'Making Dollars' is from her upcoming album, Nothing like Everything so rest assured, this isn't the last we've heard from her.
