KARACHI: Maj Gen Bilal Akbar took over on Thursday as the 12th director general of Pakistan Rangers, Sindh.
A change of command ceremony was held at the Rangers offices near the toll plaza on the Superhighway.
Outgoing DG Maj Gen Rizwan Akhtar handed over the Rangers flag to Maj Gen Bilal Akbar to formally transfer the command of the paramilitary force in Sindh, according to a Rangers spokesperson.
