KARACHI: The body of a young girl, who had been strangled, was found near the Clifton beach on Wednesday evening, the Boat Basin police said.
They added that the girl in her early 20s was found dead on the pavement near the Chapal Resort apartment in Block-1. The corpse was taken to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for medico-legal formalities.
Doctors said that the woman had been strangled to death.
