KARACHI: Pakistan skipper Kaleemullah secured a 1-1 draw against Bahrain’s Riffa SC in their first of three practice matches in Riffa on Monday, according to information made available here.

After the Bahraini Premier League champions had taken a first-half lead, Kaleem’s goal on a pass by his Dordoi Bishkek team-mate Saddam Hussain ensured a share of the spoils for Pakistan.

Pakistan, who arrived in Bahrain after a two match series against India which ended 1-1, play another two matches against local sides in preparation for the Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea next month.

They take on East Riffa on Wednesday before wrapping up their tour with a match against Al Hidd on Saturday.
