20 women injured in bus crash

HAFIZABAD: Twenty women workers of a textile mill were injured, five of them seriously, when a bus they were travelling in overturned near Mubara village on Sukheke-Hafizabad Road on Wednesday evening.

According to hospital sources, the bus of the textile mills was carrying female workers to drop them at their homes when it overturned near Mubara village when one of its tyres burst.

The Rescue-1122 shifted the injured women to Hafizabad District Headquarters Hospital where the condition of five of them was stated to be critical.
