QUETTA: A man shot himself dead after killing his wife and daughter in Chaman on Wednesday.

The man, identified as Abdul Wali, also injured four other women with his TT pistol. “The cause of the tragic incident was a family dispute,” a senior police officer said.

Police took the bodies and the injured to the district hospital, Chaman.

A man was shot dead in the Duki area of Loralai. Police said the motive behind the murder was not known immediately.

Three bullet-riddled bodies were found in Quetta.

Police said the body of a man was recovered from the western bypass area and two others from the eastern bypass area.

A TT pistol and a magazine of 9mm, along with five used bullets, were also found from the scene.

A man lost his life and 15 others suffered injuries when a passenger wagon overturned in the Ziarat Cross area on Quetta-Qila Saifulah road.

The deceased was identified as Abdul Hanan.
